Rachael has more than 30 years experience in publishing in Australia, in a variety of product, sales, marketing and senior management roles. She has worked with trade distributor Inbooks, as well as James Bennett/Nielsen Bookdata, Blackwell Book Services and Baker & Taylor. She now runs RM Marketing Services, providing outsourcing sales and marketing solutions for publishers. A common thread has been helping publishers present and market their books through better book metadata. She teaches book marketing and sales at the University of Sydney.
