How do we help children and teens navigate challenges with courage, optimism, and hope? In this interactive session, Manjit Kaur and Kavita Ichaa Dawn Malhotra explore how storytelling, Positive Psychology, and strengths-based practices can build emotional resilience in young people. Drawing from Ichaa’s forthcoming book and real-life applications in education and leadership, they reveal how stories can inspire today’s youth to discover their own strengths. Blending science with story and heart with evidence, you will be invited to reimagine “the worlds we make” – within, around, and beyond us.
