1. What are the passes available this year?

We have a 1-day, 2-day, and 4-day Festival Pass, a Festival Talk Pass and a Workshop Pass.

4-Day Festival Pass gives you full access to all programmes. 1-Day and 2-Day Festival Passes allow you to access all presentations, panel discussions and workshops on your selected dates. The Workshop Pass gives you access to all workshops and masterclasses. The Festival Talk Pass gives you access to all presentations, panel discussions and Creator’s Talks.

2. Can I share my Festival Pass?

Festival Passes are tied to your unique BookMyShow log-in details and cannot be shared. You can always encourage a friend to buy a pass instead – if there’s 5 of you or more, you can enjoy a group discount of 25%! 

3. What are the administrative charges for passes?

Booking fee for passes above $50: $6 per ticket
Booking fee for passes above $20 - $50: $3 per ticket
Booking fee for passes $20 and below: $1 per ticket

4. How can I confirm the ticket I ordered has been purchased?

An email confirmation containing details of your order will be sent to you.

5. I booked a ticket through the website but did not get a confirmation email?

Please make sure that the email has not gone to your “Spam” or “Junk Mail” folder. If your confirmation email details are still missing, click on the ’Resend booking Confirmation’ link at the bottom of the ticketing website to trigger a resend of the confirmation e-mail.

6. Can I cancel or change my ticket?

All transactions once completed and confirmed are not exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances.

7. How to redeem/receive my Festival Pass?

You will receive an email confirmation from BookMyShow upon purchase of a Festival Pass. You can access your Festival Pass that is enclosed within the email confirmation. Before attending any AFCC event, kindly ensure you prepare your Festival Pass to be scanned at each venue upon entry.

8. What happens if I lost/accidentally deleted my e-Festival Pass, can I get a new one?

Click on the ‘Resend Booking Confirmation’ link at the bottom of the ticketing page to trigger a resend of the confirmation e-mail.

9. I have a Workshop or Festival pass, how do I register for workshops?

Go to the Workshop page you want to redeem a slot for, insert your Unique Pass ID and redeem/register for a workshop slot. One pass ID one redemption per workshop.

10. The workshop I want to register for is fully subscribed. Do you accept walk-ins or waitlists?

While we cannot guarantee that there will be seats, walk-ins will be accepted if there are available slots from no-shows.

SkillsFuture Credits

How do I purchase a Workshop Pass using SkillsFuture Credits?

You will be required to make full payment upfront and submit your SkillsFuture claim directly. Refunds will only be processed after we receive confirmation of claim approval.

How to Submit a SkillsFuture Credit Claim:
  1. Register for the course and request for an invoice.
  2. Log in to MySkillsFuture using your Singpass and go to ‘E-Services’.
  3. Click on ‘Check and Claim SkillsFuture Credit’.
  4. Click on ‘Proceed to Submit a Claim’.
  5. Search for this course.
  6. Verify the course details and start date.
  7. Scroll down to key in payment details and upload supporting documents (e.g., Eventbrite e-receipt).
  8. Check the ‘Terms & Conditions’ box.
  9. Click ‘Submit’.

Once your claim has been approved, please email us at [email protected] with a screenshot of the approval.

SG Culture Pass

1. Can the credits be shared?

No—they are non-transferable. They are meant for personal use only to promote participation in in-person cultural experiences.

2. Can I use part of my credits for multiple programmes?

Yes, the S$100 credits can be split across different eligible experiences until the balance is fully used.

3. What happens if the programme I booked is cancelled?

Credits will be returned to your SG Culture Pass account.

4. How do I check my remaining SG Culture Pass balance?

The ticketing platform will allow you to log in and view your balance before redeeming credits.

5. What if I don’t have enough SG Culture Pass credits for a programme? Can I top up with other payment methods?

Yes, if your SG Culture Pass credits are insufficient, you can pay the remaining balance using accepted payment methods.
