Kau Yi Ming

Kau Yi Ming (Singapore)

Kau Yi Ming is the founder of PicoLibo and Orative Technologies, where he is leveraging on Generative AI to support, rather than replace, human creativity in storytelling. With over 15 years of experience in digital transformation, he has held key roles in major transformation projects, contributing to the development of the MySkillsFuture platform at WDA and leading the rapid scale-up of GrabRentals into one of Singapore’s largest fleets. From government to mobility tech, Yi Ming has built systems that blend data, technology, and human insight. Now, he brings that expertise into publishing, re-imagining how stories are created, shared, and experienced in the AI age.

Quek Hong Shin

Quek Hong Shin (Singapore)

Quek Hong Shin is a children’s book author and illustrator. His picture books were twice nominated for the Hedwig Anuar Children’s Book Award and two have won Best Picture Book at the Singapore Book Awards - The Incredible Basket, which he wrote and illustrated, in 2019, and Grandma’s Tiger, written by Alan John and illustrated by Hong Shin, in 2023.
