Browsing makes a collection of books less intimidating and more accessible. Empowering through browsing instils more confidence in children to choose their books independently. There is a difference between ‘browsing a book’ and ‘searching for a book’ in that browsing allows for serendipitous discoveries. It fosters curiosity and lifelong learning. Games include: Musical Books, Genre Memory Match, Genre Taboo, and Genre Bingo.
