The Book Illustrators Gallery (BIG), part of Asian Festival of Children’s Content (AFCC) aims to showcase local and regional illustrators and artists, and promote them to a wider audience, featuring published and unpublished art. It offers a platform for the authors, publishers and the public to take notice of your illustrations.

David Liew (Illustrator)

David “Wolfe” Liew is an illustrator, cartoonist, sculptor, and model-maker. Besides illustrating books and magazines, he’s the main artist for the children’s series Ellie Belly written by Eliza Teoh. Once in a while he exchanges the pencils for a pen and works with words instead.

Susanna Goho-Quek (Artist)

Susanna is an author, illustrator, and artist. She provided the illustrations for a collection of poetry about old Singapore, The Ice Ball Man, and the picture books A Single Tear and Water. Her own picture books include God Is Hu? and Fun at the Opera, based on her own childhood. Susanna has been the curator of the Book Illlustrators Gallery (BIG) since 2011.
