Come visit the exciting AFCC Book Fair to discover and purchase the latest children’s books and content from across the region! This year, the Book Fair will feature a record number of more than 40 exhibitors, and showcase a wide selection of multilingual children’s and young adult titles (including specially imported books and illustrated prints/paper memorabilia ) from local and international publishers.
Festival Bookstore: Closetful of Books
Closetful of Books is a specialist children’s bookseller started by Denise Tan and Kelvin Ng. They grew up accompanied by magical stories, and continue to believe in the power of reading for pleasure. Closetful of Books also visits schools with a vast and specially-curated selection of picture books, novels, non-fiction titles and graphic novels, and extends library consultancy services to schools.

Helang Books is an independent publisher. Although new to the publishing industry, they have managed to publish high-quality history and heritage books as well as award-winning children's literature. National Book Trust India
The National Book Trust, India publishes general reading material for all age-groups, especially children, in all major Indian languages besides English and Hindi. They participate in international book fairs and display a collective exhibit of select Indian publications on a wide range of subjects. They also organise the annual New Delhi World Book Fair which is the largest book event in the Afro-Asian region. The next New Delhi World Books Fair will be held from 6 to 14 January 2018.
Odonata Publishing is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Its objective is to cultivate the reading habits of young children, focussing on readers aged between 1 to 25. P.S. Grandpa I Love You
As a Volunteer Welfare Organisation serving patients with life-limiting illnesses, focus tends to be on patients overlooking the impact the loss of a family member has on a child and the consequent psychosocial issues that follow. P.S. Grandpa, I Love You is an attempt at bridging that gap in a multi-disciplinary care that provides for both patients and their family members. It is their hope that the work finds its way into mainstream education and healthcare usage.
