Shawn Seah (Singapore)
Shawn Seah is a published author and speaker. He wrote the non-fiction children’s book series Our Amazing Heroes (2025) and Our Amazing Pioneers (2023). He also published several history books, including Seah Eu Chin: His Life and Times; Leader and Legislator: Seah Liang Seah; and My Father’s Kampung: A History of Aukang and Punggol. Shawn was part of the Singapore Heritage Festival and Baba-Nyonya Literary Festival. He also won the National University of Singapore’s Outstanding Young Alumni Award for his contributions to historical storytelling.

Moderator David Liew
David Liew, an illustrator of children’s books, also crafts miniature worlds. Formerly a junior college teacher, he transitioned to professional illustration. His works include series like "Ellie Belly," "The Plano Adventures," and "Change Makers." Liew instructs Picture Book illustration at the National Institute of Early Childhood Education and teaches art at Republic Polytechnic. He serves as Regional Advisor for the Singapore Chapter of the Society of Children’s Books and Illustrators.
