Kow Fong, armed with a BA (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and a Postgraduate Diploma in Translation and Interpretation from the Nanyang Technological University, has worked as a commercial copywriter for many years. He received his MA in Children’s Book Illustration from Cambridge School of Art, Anglia Ruskin University and is now looking forward to promoting and creating children’s picture books.
