Evangeline Alvarez-Encabo is a professorial lecturer at De La Salle University Manila and a textbook instructional product designer and editor. Her expertise is in formulating product concepts and strategies that will result in the development of effective instructional materials. She also has extensive experience teaching Filipino language and culture to Filipino and non-Filipino learners.
