Zainap Osman is an Associate Librarian with the National Library Board where she oversees adult programmes.  She also conducts Malay in Minutes for speakers of non-Malay. In her free time, she enjoys reading non-fiction. She holds a Masters degree in Tesol with a keen interest in sociolinguistics and pragmatics.
