Melissa Gay is currently the Senior Deputy Programme Director of the Lee Kuan Yew Fund for Bilingualism Programme Office. She oversees the management of the Programme Office and its initiatives. The Lee Kuan Yew Fund for Bilingualism supports proposals that encourage bilingualism and the learning of our Mother Tongue Languages as living languages and a lifelong endeavour.
