Architect, writer and illustrator Francis Wong Hooe Wai is the author of several books of prose and an author-in-residence of various schools. His is also the creator of a trilogy of picture books set in old Chinatown: Grandpa's Little Room, Go Trishaw Go and The Little Bear’s New Clothes. 

虎威（黄虚怀）是建筑师、作家、插画家，也是驻校作家。著有多本散文集，并创作“牛车水三部曲”绘本《外公的小房间》《三轮车跑得快》《小熊的新衣》。
