Fleur Vella-Chang is an author-illustrator, teacher and homeschool mum. She is the author of the much-loved book Afternoon Tea at Raffles Hotel and its sequel Mabel Moves to Singapore. Fleur enjoys visiting schools to share with students her love for storytelling and passion for seeking wonder in ordinary things.
