	    	<p>Otto Fong is a cartoonist and former Raffles Institution science teacher. He has drawn the bestselling comic books called&nbsp;<em>Sir Fong&#39;s Adventures in Science</em>, authored a sci-fi series for young people, <em>Black Peony</em>, and a critically-acclaimed adult horror <em>Bitter Suites</em>. He has also penned the first of two R(A)-rated Mandarin plays in 1992, and two Arts Festival productions. He was the Outreach Fellow for Centre of Quantum Technologies in NUS.</p>
