An Asst. Professor with the National Institute of Education, Dr Chitra Shegar’s areas of specialty includes language teaching methodology, second language acquisition and teacher education. She was the Lead Principal Investigator for two literacy projects funded by Ministry of Education. She has published in several books and international journals and is a Managing Editor of Pedagogies, an international journal.
