Employed at the Cove since 2009, Cynthia has been a classroom practitioner of different age groups ranging from the toddlers to Kindergarteners. She currently manages centre operations and supports the staff and quality development of the centre. She has presented at several conferences including the NAEYC annual conference, MCYS seminar and AFCC congress. Cynthia continues to be involved as a guest-speaker and facilitator in lectures and workshops with both pre- and in-service early childhood professionals.
